Fypsave.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Fypsave will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our website by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our designated agent.

Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Fypsave will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from our index or blocking access to it.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
2. Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) and that access to which is to be disabled, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on the Site where such material may be found.
3. Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
4. Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:

   • "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Fypsave does not tolerate repeat infringement of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to block access to our services for any user who is found to be a repeat infringer.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, you may send us a counter-notice. To be effective, the counter-notice must be a written communication that includes your contact information, identification of the material that was removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Modifications to Policy

Fypsave reserves the right to modify, alter or update this Copyright Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Copyright Policy.
